Episode 1: Erik Pelton
Erik Pelton launched his trademark law practice in 1999, following his work as an examiner at the US Patent and Trademark Office. The firm represents clients in all aspects of trademark clearance, registration, maintenance, transactions, and disputes. Their experience in the federal trademark registration process includes obtaining more than 3,000 USPTO registrations of behalf of clients, as well as proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Erik’s trademark services have helped build and sustain strong brands for hundreds of Internet ventures, software companies, inventors, restaurants, and other small businesses. He recently released his first book Building a Bold Brand.
Episode 2: Roberta Matuson

Roberta is LinkedIn Top Voice in Leadership and Workplaces and has authored eight courses on the LinkedIn platform. She’s an expert blogger Forbes, Fast Company, and Arianna Huffington’s Thrive Global. Roberta is also a former columnist for The Boston Business Journal.
Roberta is frequently quoted in international publications including the WSJ, The New York Times and Globe and Mail. Her work has been featured on The CBS Early Show, and she has been a guest on The O’Reilly Factor, where she left the show unscathed!
Episode 3: Dr. Tom Lamar
Dr. Thomas Lamar is a chiropractor practicing in Kingston, Washington.
Since opening Anchor Chiropractic in 1997 and affiliating with the 100 Year Lifestyle in 2012, he’s helped thousands of people live healthier through the art, science, and philosophy of chiropractic—unlocking their innate potential to truly heal and thrive from the inside out, all the way to 80, 90, a hundred years and beyond.
Dr. Lamar lives in Kingston with his bride of 27 years and their nine children.
